What you get:
- Programming that will get you results! The current programs I have for you guys on the membership are a front splits program (4x 20-30 minute sessions 2 stretches and 2 splits workouts that can easily fit around your training suited to all levels) and a beginners program that helps you build foundational gym strength such as pull ups, squats, push ups and more whilst also working towards beginner flexi milestones like learning to bridge and touching your toes 4 workouts a week last an hour. You can do the beginners program flexibility only which will be 20-30 minutes. More programs to come!
- Access to coaching from me! I don't want to just give you a program and then leave you to try and figure it out by yourself (even though I am proud of my in depth video overviews for each exercise). You can message me at anytime via the in app messenger with any questions or with your videos of you performing exercises for feedback
- Training app: this is all ran through my training app where you can follow your workouts from your phone, track other activity that you do, track your progress and more!
