Service Description

Finally learn how to achieve your life long goal of achieving the splits safely and effectively. This class is suitable from beginners to advanced as each exercise can be progressed or regressed to suit you, so it does not matter if you are a seasoned gymnast or a complete beginner to flexibility training. The class incorporates strengthening exercises to get strong in our end ranges of motion and increase flexibility safely, long static passive holds and many more methods to help you achieve your split! Come and join :) PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION FOR FRIDAY 8TH APRIL AT PUDDING PANTRY SHERWOOD please bring: * = optional but appreciated - Your own mat (essential) - Yoga blocks* - Ankle weights* - Resistance bands (long and short)*
